Partner Manager/Account Manager (2-5 yrs)
- Identify and develop new partnership and account opportunities aligned with LH2 Holdings' strategic goals.
- Research and qualify potential partners and accounts.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase LH2 Holdings' value proposition.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with partners and accounts.
- Onboard new partners and accounts, ensuring a smooth and successful integration process.
- Manage ongoing partner and account relationships, fostering trust and open communication.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize partner/account engagement and revenue growth.
- Conduct regular check-ins with partners/accounts to understand their needs and address any concerns.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships and accounts.
- Prepare reports and presentations to keep internal stakeholders informed of partnership performance.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in a B2B sales or partnership management role.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships and accounts.
- Strong understanding of partner/account lifecycle management and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with partners and clients at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
