Partner Development Manager - Media Relationships (8-14 yrs)
Partner Development Manager / Bengali language
The team is seeking an experienced professional to manage and maintain direct relationships with key media partners to ensure that these relationships meet the joint objectives of partners and to serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders in context of these relationships.
- Regularly communicate over calls, emails, sms, etc key data and suggestions related to the partner
- Proactively resolve operational issues of partners
- Be an internal advocate for the partners to suggest changes and best practices
- Own and drive strategic programs touching a large number of partners from time to time
This position is located in Mumbai/Gurgaon and will require 10-20% travel as it is a partner facing role.
Skills required :
- Proficiency in Bengali is a must
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow partners/customers
- Experience in designing, owning and driving large scale, complex programs
- Ability to identify available resources, self-learn and quickly gain expertise in new areas
- Ability to analyse large volumes of data to derive insights to achieve your objectives
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience of having worked in large cross-functional environments
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
