REQUIREMENT

Marketing Executive - V (SAP B1/HCM) (1 Position)

Experience: 2+ years of marketing experience in B2B environment, preferably in IT industry.

Job Description:

Marketing for ERP Solutions - VSAP B1/HCM. Understanding Customer's diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs.

Responsibilities:

- Manage participation in various events, and plan and organize own events/ conferences to generate awareness and lead generation opportunity.

- Responsible for finding, generating and qualifying new customers.

- Explore new channels to generate B2B leads

- Growing a community of big data enthusiasts on social media sites like LinkedIn and Twitter, and the technology ecosystem, and prospecting within the group

- Develop and aggressively identify sales opportunities through prospecting, direct meetings, cold calls & relationship development.

- Map out the key players for potential new business initiatives and determine/document appropriate sales strategy.

- Prepare status reports, share updates with the Business Head & Propose new business strategies

- Measure and report results and impact of marketing programs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. 2 to 4 years of Marketing experience in IT, prior experience in SAP Business One or other Enterprise Software will be an added advantage.

2. Strong Expertise in identifying potential market segments, and ability to generate strong leads and capability to qualify the generated leads is required.

3. Should be hands on with Social Media Networking and should be capable to use multiple channels for marketing.

4. Ability to solve complex problems to effectively win important partnerships.

5. Good experience in top and bottom level funnels

6. Extremely good English communication and presentation skills

CTC: 3lakhs and above depending on experience.
