Job Description:-

- Candidate Profile Worked on Tally Software Sales & Service/ and OR any other ERP Accounting products OR any Software Sales.

- Work closely with existing or new customers to build pipeline, close deals & achieve the set revenue targets.

- Attend industry events to promote services and acquire business leads.

- Meet with prospects in person and develop relationship.

- Make efficient use of business-to-business referrals, leveraging existing relationships to cement new opportunities.

- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.

- Handling key accounts of Clients/Customers.

- Responsible for business development and full sales cycle including deal closures, strong negotiation and account management targeting corporate.

- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner

- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.

- Responsible for identification of opportunities, mapping and prospecting them for conversion

- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal management using key account metrics.

- Servicing and supporting client as part of Post sales.
