Parasrampuria Engineers - Marketing Role (0-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1. Responsible to coordinate with the Customers, or any other agency deemed fit and proper.
2. Responsible to prepare quotation and keep track record of customer enquiries and complaints.
3. Responsible to compile sales figures and accept sales order from the customers.
4. Responsible to coordinate with HQ for smooth movement of import shipments.
5. Responsibility to verify weekly and monthly sales turn over report before sending to HQ.
6. Responsibility to create and maintain all documents and records related to QMS.
7. Participation in regular internal and external audits on the quality systems.
8. Identify areas for continual improvement
9. Responsible in keeping and maintaining SS in factory premises.
10. Responsible to follow safety norms as and when required.
11. Responsible to report job completion of the entire task to Plant Manager for further evaluation.
12. Responsible to handle customer visits.
13. Responsible to issue sales order to the production department.
14. Responsible to manage day to day activities of Sales.
15. To do any other job assigned by Superior/HOD/Management
