Parasdham - Associate - Marketing (0-2 yrs)
Parasdham is a socio-spiritual organisation that is involved in humanitarian and spiritual initiatives across the world. This position is an opening for the Digital Parasdham team that aims to undertake brand building, marketing strategy and online expansion.
It is an excellent opportunity for freshers or junior associates who wish to gain broad experience across all the verticals of marketing and communications, and work in close association with the strategy team.
Responsibilities:
- Help us build a strong presence in the online space with effective branding and marketing
- Coordinate and liaise with all the major teams across geographies
- Be the key point of contact with vendors and ensure timely and precise output
- Be hands-on in juggling multiple projects and responsibilities
- Build and implement systems and processes for smooth workflow
Key Skillsets Required :
- Good taste
- Proficiency in basic design/editing tools
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Research and Analysis
- Creativity and openness to learn and iterate
- Good understanding of the 18-28 years old crowd
- Be social media savvy
Good to Have :
- Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Canva, etc.
- Knowledge of basic Website Design and SEO
- Microsoft Excel
