PURPOSE (WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR) :

This is a role for our Online Outreach Function and the purpose of this function is to increase the outreach online, create compelling content and manage all facets of online communication. If you have been creating a buzz online through the content you have shared and believe that words are a powerful tool to encourage change and create an impact, talk to us!

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Ensuring all the campaign narratives and messages are in support of the content strategies and editorial decisions that are formulated along with the key stakeholders.

2. Mapping out a content strategy that supports and extends campaign initiatives, both short- and long-term, determining which methods work for the campaign and why. Continuous evolvement of strategy is a must

3. Ensuring all content is consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, mobile, video, print and in-person.

4. Supervising writers, editors, be an arbiter of best practices in grammar, messaging, writing, and style.

5. Integration of content activities with the campaigns

6. Developing standards, systems, and best practices (both human and technological) for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing, including the real-time implementation of content strategies

7. Establishing workflow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content.

8. Participation in the hiring and supervising of content/story leaders in all content verticals

9. Creation of a strategy for developing SMS outreach and advertising, apps, etc. as needed.

10. Work closely with company's Chief Design Lead on all creative and branding initiatives to ensure a consistent message across channels
