Customer Service Executive
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Will be responsible for handling Inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Establish trusting connections by communicating professionally with the clients.
- Rotational and night shifts for male candidate
- Revert on queries of mails
Basic requirements :
- Graduates only
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Should be ready for Rotational shifts and week off ( Male candidates will also have night shifts)
