PaperTrue - Manager - Digital Marketing (4-6 yrs)
Designation: Digital Marketing Manager
Type: Full-time
Location: Aundh, Pune
Experience: At least 4 years of experience in the Digital Marketing Space
Responsibilities :
- Team Management: Manage a team of SEO Executives, Graphic Designers and Content Writers responsible for creating and updating the company blog, Q&A websites, social bookmarking sites with engaging, SEO-friendly content.
- SEO: Manage, supervise, and conceptualize on-page and off-page activities to improve visibility on search engines. Improve the company's domain authority by increasing backlinks and optimizing on-page settings.
- PPC: Contribute ideas to improve performance of Paid Marketing Campaigns on AdWords and Bing.
- Social Media Platform: Ensure social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc. and post interesting and relevant content. Supervise, conceptualize, and inspire the creative team to generate marketing content specifically for these platforms.
- Email Marketing: Create and monitor the email marketing campaign, ensure that the team generates and regularly sends emailers to existing customers to engage and retain them.
- Strategy Development: Develop a long-term cohesive digital marketing strategy for all relevant marketing channels, and create, maintain, and sustain the brand with high domain authority.
Desired Profile of Candidates :
- Vast knowledge of SEO, SMO and SMM
- Excellent management skills with an ability to lead a team of technical and creative members
- Great time and resource management skills
- Great communication skills and written English
- Creative bent of mind to conceptualize and strategize marketing campaigns
Salary: Up to INR 6 LPA (based on experience and skills)
Work Schedule: 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday
