Shifts : 2 PM to 11 PM or 5 PM to 2 AM (Starting with 2 PM to 11 PM Shift)

Location: Pune, India

Qualification: Graduate / post-graduate from any field

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience

Job Description:

This role demands the end-to-end management of the Sales Cycle, right from finding a potential client through various lead generation platform to maintaining a relationship with them once it becomes a strategic account.The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business, and achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. He/She will moreover be an active account manager of the clients to ensure consistency in delivery and client satisfaction.

Job Role:

- Generate leads using various tools and platforms

- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities

- Strategically cold call and produce email campaigns to find prospects

- Increasing the value of current clients while attracting new ones

- Use CRM effectively to maintain a healthy sales pipeline

- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery, and specifications with buyers and managers to ensure the solution can be delivered within budget and margin expectations

- Developing quotes and proposals for clients

Requirements:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B and International Sales (UK, US, and Europe),

preferably editing/translation/content related services

- Key Skills: Lead Generation, Sales Pitch, Excellent Communication

- Auxiliary Skills: Presentations, Cross-team Communication, Documentation, MS Excel

- Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders

- Strategic thinker, data-driven, self-motivated

Salary: 4 LPA + Incentive on Individual B2B Sales
