You will be a computer science or related discipline graduate and a business postgraduate with a minimum of 4 years of experience in business development and sales in the software development industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead generation

- Detailed proposal preparation

- Client communication

- Closing the lead

- Be part of requirement gathering, analysis, and estimation

- Keep track of targets - through acquisition, retention, & upselling.

Essential Skill Set

- Excellent command over the English language both written and spoken

- Excellent command over MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Sound knowledge of popular technologies used in web and mobile application development. The candidate must be from a technical background & should be worked in a software development company.

- Market research and industry analysis of potential clients

- Lead generation

- Initial pitch preparation and proposal writing, ensuring that the solution suggested is commercially viable and competitive

- Understanding and documenting client's business requirements

- Define and scope a project

- Effort and cost estimation

Desirable Skill Set

- Ability to work under pressure, work independently and manage multiple leads

- Ability to work and deliver on set targets

- Self-motivated

- Ability to work without a lot of supervision

- Proactive

- Experience in working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
