- Make outbound calls to potential leads and prospects utilizing a list or database that has been provided.
- Making proactive cold calls to potential BA's
- If required, explain the company's products and/or services to prospective BAs, emphasizing salient characteristics and advantages of the same.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all conversations, interactions, and lead details in the tracker/system.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to campaigns or strategies.
- Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and best practices regarding lead generation and communication.
