Sales Operations Manager

What You Will Accomplish

- As a Sales Operations Manager you will work with Sales and Marketing teams to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance from external and internal dashboards

- Responsible for sales forecasting, analytics and productivity.

- Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, conversion rates and performance of different lead acquisition channels

- Define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.

- Refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management and create a plan to enhance renewal and upsell processes

- Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes

- Manage a successful sales support team based across two locations and ensure that the team consistently meets or exceeds daily sales performance metrics.

This should describe you : 

- 3-5 years of experience in leading sales operations

- Bachelor's degree required; technical or business-related field preferred.

- Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact.

- Experience managing Sales Support teams with demonstrated sales track record

- Customer-Obsessed. Your life's goal is to give them the feel good factor.

- Analytical. You can quickly get a deep understanding of how our business works and understand data clearly and can make smart recommendations accordingly.
