Pankhuri - Manager - Business Development (1-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
1. Promote sales and up-skill women to pursue their hobbies.
2. Create a chain of happy and satisfied customers and sell our masterclasses.
3. Work on whats-app groups with fresh leads and welcome them with the promotional messages.
4. Register payments and assist customers with their booking details.
5. Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
6. Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
7. Researching prospective accounts in target markets
8. Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
9. Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
10. Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals.
11. Training business development staff.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
