- Ms.Pankhuri Srivastava is one of the youngest Female Entrepreneurs in India. She started her first company, Grabhouse at the age of 23. Grabhouse was a real estate rental platform backed by Sequoia capital, kalaari capital and Indian quotient Fund. With her talent, zeal and enterprising attitude, Grabhouse achieved dizzying heights of success and was eventually sold to Quikr - India's Largest Classified platform in 2017. Pankhuri has always been a fashion enthusiast with greater ambitions. Hence, She launched her second entrepreneurial venture called Pankhuri - A conversational commerce platform that helps brides to discover and acquire the desired look on Chat. She strongly believes in helping women grow. Therefore, with the help of her new venture, she aims to build an content-driven beauty based platform for women to know, glow & grow.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries over chat/phone.

- Assist clients by demonstrating the use of goods and programs and answering any questions politely they may have.

- Curate offering from different service providers, negotiate and provide brides with best options to ensure closures.

- Vendor management (onboarding, calling, follow up).

- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email with clients and vendors.

- Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs.

- Explain simply and clearly in response to customer's questions and check for customer's understanding and acceptance.

- Recommend new products or services or make suggestions for improvements by identifying relevant features and benefits.

- Drive conversions by understanding customer problems, and help the company achieve sales targets.

Skills & Requirements :

- We are looking for candidates who have excellent communication and chatting skills.

- Friendly and welcoming manner with clients.

- MS Excel and MS powerpoint

- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner to customers

- Understanding customer emotions and drive sales

- Strong command of written and verbal English

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

- Ability to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations

- Willingness to cooperate with customers and management to resolve any issues that may
