Pankhuri - Brand Relationship Manager (2-4 yrs)
What will you do at Pankhuri?
- Drive long term content strategy to empower our experts/creators community and brand partners.
- Source, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with like-minded companies, beauty brands and digital marketing/influencer agencies that support and accelerate company goals.
- Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Legal, Community, Marketing,
- Drive and coordinate project efforts across multiple teams to strike significant mutually beneficial long term deals.
- Build and foster strong relationships with key external partners.
- Collaborate with the Community team to ensure partnership deals are set up and implemented for long term success.
- Create standardized deal analysis and tracking in partnership with Finance.

- 2+ years of experience working in business development and strategic alliances.
- Experience in complex, first of their kinds deals with large and small companies.
- Experience in developing, negotiating and signing deals to deliver long term business value.
- Quantitative and qualitative analytical experience.
- Experience of engaging with C-level of any partner organization.
- Preferred from the beauty and fashion industry.
- Comfortable and excited about putting on different hats of all shapes and sizes
