Roles and Responsibilities :


- The inside sales executive will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Manager who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.

- You must be comfortable making calls, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and managing smooth handover to sales.

- Below are the key responsibilities and requirements -

Responsibilities :

- Pitch services/platforms at a high level to the prospect & generate interest

- Source new leads & opportunities through inbound/campaign lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and other outreach activities

- Support and drive multiple campaigns, response management, audience generation for webinars/events, provide sales support, etc

- Identify new ways of engaging with the target audience through a multi-channel approach

- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest

- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

- Work with channel partners to build pipelines and convert them into opportunities

- Achieve quarterly quotas (number of meetings, number of leads, number of conversions, etc)

- Reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

Requirements : 

- Proven inside sales experience. B2B/B2C or product selling to international clients

- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day

- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

- Experience working with sales CRM and marketing automation tools

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Comfortable working in the US shift (The role will need global coverage, but the US is the primary market.)
