We work with select existing cold storage and reefer owners. With the AbleCold Operating System, we streamline operations to improve service standards while maintaining costs. We are currently operational in 8 cities with core team members from IITs, IIMs and Harvard.

Role:

- Responsibility and Ownership of being the Single Point of Contact for existing warehouse and transport partners.

- Listening to the Partner's requests / complaints and provide a response / solution within 3 hours.

- Reaching out to the right person internally to get the problem resolved in-case the partner is facing an issue.

- Establish long term relationships with the Partners through routine follow ups and meetings.

- Reporting to the Operations Manager every week to discuss the feedback received from the Partners

- Preparing bills and verifying them for all partners every month.

Skills and Qualifications:

- High energy and a sense of ownership of work.

- Previous sales experience is preferred, preferable if it's from logistics/transportation or cold chain space.

- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

- Willingness to roll your sleeves and hustle for ad-hoc problem solving whenever operational need arises.

- Previous start-up experience is preferable.
