Panan Sathi - Manager - Sales & Marketing (6-8 yrs)
Panan Sathi Ventures Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled, ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager who will be leading the setting up of sales and marketing process, planning and initiating sales in Noida region. You will be the front face of the company and should have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with residential associations and clients.
Responsibilities :
- An opportunity for females with around 6 to 8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Channel Management, Distribution Management with hands on experience in handling & developing new Channels.
- Experience in handling B2B & D2C business will be an added advantage.
- Ideal candidate with an MBA & experience in FMCG, Premium Category Products (Foods & Beverages) and D2C Channel will be given preference.
- The position involves high interactions with end customers (especially with ladies) , liaisoning with RWAs & other Senior Level officials, hence a person having ease of communication, Negotiation capability & closing the deals/calls would be ideal
- An out of the box thinker with analytical approach and with good communication skills will be suitable.
- Conduct market research.
- Develop a plan for sales and marketing.
