We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Executive Fresher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the business development team in achieving sales targets. This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and grow in the field of business development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Generation : Identify and research potential clients through various channels such as social media, industry events, and online databases.

- Client Outreach : Initiate contact with potential clients via phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce the company's products/services.

- Sales Pitches : Assist in creating and delivering compelling sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients.

- Relationship Building : Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term business opportunities.

- Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for business growth.

- Follow-Up : Conduct follow-up communications to ensure successful lead conversion and client satisfaction.

- Sales Support : Support the business development team with administrative tasks such as preparing proposals, contracts, and reports.

- CRM Management : Maintain accurate and updated records of all client interactions and sales activities using the company's CRM system.

- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing sales and expanding the customer base.

- Training : Participate in training sessions to enhance business development skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.

- Experience : No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Interpersonal Skills : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

- Persuasiveness : Ability to persuade potential clients and close deals.

- Analytical Skills : Good analytical and research skills to understand market trends and client needs.

- Organization : Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

- Tech Savvy : Proficiency in using computers, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with CRM software.

- Attitude : Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow.
