- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. (MBA preferred)

- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related field.

- Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Highly motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and business development.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
