PAN-TECH - Intern - Sales/Marketing (0-1 yrs)
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Share information about our products and services by following sales scripts
- Answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
- Sell /Upsell products and place customer orders/requests in the system
- Closing sales and guiding clients through the process
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails
- Identify problem statement & escalate issues to the Manager as appropriate
- Document call information according to standard operating procedures
- Meet required targets for assigned leads / Database, active and inactive calls
- Manage Leads and Maintain a Healthy Conversion Rate
