This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the entire sales cycle, identifying new business opportunities, and building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibility & Skills :

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.

- Experience in managing the entire sales cycle

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Conduct Regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management.

- Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include knowledge of design and technology, experience in the tech industry, and experience in managing a sales team.
