We are seeking a Business Development Manager based in Dubai, who can leverage their experience and network in the UAE to lead Palpx.ai in the GCC market.

As the name suggests, you will be in charge of driving our dream of reaching out to prospective clients, igniting a desire in them to let Palpx.ai evaluate their business process to identify their true potential hence accentuating their growth.

You need to :

1. Explore various channels to prospect

2. Identify prospective clients, globally

3. Communicate with them

4. Convince then

Your Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence

2. Achieve growth and sales targets

3. Maintain market knowledge and network

4. Conduct market research to identify market opportunity

5. Actively seek out new sales opportunities

6. Successfully manage sales team, by objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

7. Set up meetings with potential clients to build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships

8. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

9. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Skills Required :

1. Excellent written and verbal communication

2. Must be able to create good presentations

3. Must have excellent interpersonal skills

4. Must be detail-oriented and an active listener.

Qualification :

BBA, MBA, BTech in relevant stream and (IT) Technically skilled.

Note: Extensive years of experience in the UAE with knowledge and established network in software and IT fields. Preferred knowledge and established network in either the Education or Healthcare Industry.
