Paktolus - Business Development/Sales Role (2-3 yrs)
Summary :
- We are looking for a resilient and smart business development professional to contribute to the growth of our company. Business development leads are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging existing clients to purchase added services or features and remaining abreast of changes.
Job Responsibilities :
- Familiarizing yourself with all services offered by our company.
- Tapping the market for potential leads and using marketing efforts to penetrate the market.
- Developing market intelligence for identifying segments and understanding competition around it.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth and collaboration.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggesting upgrades or added services that may be of interest to clients.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
- Manage bids for tenders and create RFPs for government
- Coordinating with the Project Delivery team and actively participating in scrum team selling to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services to clients.
Job Requirements :
- Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
- Total 2-3 years of Experience in in Consultative Selling.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
- Professional yet affable disposition.
- Neat, well-groomed appearance.
- Great networking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
