Responsibilities :


- Develop and implement paid advertising strategies on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.


- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize ad performance and ROI.


- Create and manage engaging ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that resonate with the target audience.


- Monitor and analyze the performance of paid campaigns regularly, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.


- Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid campaigns with overall marketing strategies and initiatives.


- Identify and explore new opportunities for paid advertising to reach potential customers effectively.


- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new advertising features to maintain a competitive edge.


- A/B test ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to optimize campaign performance and conversion rates.


- Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing and high-converting ad creatives.


- Ensure all campaigns are running smoothly, adhering to budgets, and delivering measurable results.
