We are looking for seasoned social media manager who has handled a team and executed organic and paid social media campaigns to bring leads for clients. (Experience of working in social media management agency) .You're a passionate marketer who understands buyer personas, conversion rates, keywords, acquisition strategies, lead generation tactics, tracking and ad-copy creation like no one else. You know how to draft a compelling ad copy and to get it done from the designer. You MUST ALSO KNOW Google Analytics and how to look beyond the ads and understand the bigger picture (aka the customer journey and lead funnel). You must have run email lead capture campaigns. Experience with leadfunnel tools will be important.
Primary responsibilities :
- Mapping out and setting up a full-funnel ad and retargeting ad campaigns as per client market across different channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Google AdWords)
- Managing budgets and keeping track of the CPC and ROI amongst other KPIs, potentially via a self-made dashboard
- Creating of well-researched ad-copies, email automation, and sequences.
- Handing team of graphic designer and content writers and working in tandem with the digital marketing manager.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Excellent writing and creative content skills.
- You live and breathe data and conversion rates.
- You're experienced in Google Adwords, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook advertising
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics.
- You're most comfortable when working in collaborative, multicultural, and cross-functional teams.
- 2+ years of experience with media buying/planning (web, mobile, email).
- Agency Experience is a big plus.
- Having a startup mindset.
- Graphic design skills are a big plus.
- WordPress, Wix and web dev are a plus.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Being able to tell us one good joke a day.
- The guitar player is huge plus but completely irrelevant with the job. We feel it just a big plus in life. We should learn guitar

- Work Location: Office at BTM Layout, Bangalore.
