Roles & Responsibilities :
- Handling customer queries on calls
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
Working Days : 6 days rotational week off, Open to work from office
Working Hours: Open for Rotational Shift (Morning, Afternoon & Night)
