Paccore - Manager - Business Development - Healthcare Domain (3-7 yrs)
We are seeking an entrepreneurial business developer with a passion for our cause, a sharp mind to learn about healthcare business strategy, and the can-do attitude to translate ideas into real growth. You will work closely with the management stakeholders among our clients and will have opportunities to be mentored by our CEO.
Responsibilities:
1. Build pipeline of partners
- Build and sustain a strong partnership pipeline with healthcare, social, government or corporate institutions
- Effectively articulate value propositions to our present and future partners
2. Build long-term partnerships
- Able to engage and build trusted relationships across multiple stakeholders, ranging from senior doctors to operations managers, etc
- Serve as a business partner to our client, facilitating through needs-finding through to project implementation
3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Actively identify needs amongst our partners, and build a business case around it through effective market research
- Collaborate with internal teams to launch new services or features.
Requirements:
- Must possess drive and initiative, while being a trusted and reliable business partner to our clients
- An academic or professional background in healthcare, pharma, life sciences or medtech would be advantageous
- You should have a strong interest in healthcare and resonate with our vision

- Strong professional communicator across verbal, written and presentation format
