Paccore - Executive - Lead Generation - B2B Vertical (1-3 yrs)

- As a B2B Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and nurturing potential B2B clients who could benefit from our IT services and products.

- This role is essential in creating a strong sales pipeline with qualified leads and driving revenue growth for our organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Identification : Research and identify potential B2B clients through various channels, including online research, linkedin, calling, business directories, associations, forums etc.

Outreach : Initiate outbound communication with leads through emails, cold calls, and social networking platforms to introduce our services and products.

- Qualify leads based on their requirements, budget, and timeline. Understand their specific needs and challenges to determine the best solutions.

Relationship Building : Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, establishing trust and rapport to progress leads through the sales funnel.

Lead Nurturing : Employ lead nurturing practices, to keep potential clients engaged and interested, including follow-up emails, content sharing, and webinars.

Database Management : Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM system with lead information and communication history.

Collaboration : Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads to the sales department.

Reporting : Generate regular reports on lead generation and conversion activities, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a B2B lead generation executive, preferably in the IT services and product industry.

- Strong understanding of B2B sales and lead generation processes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.

- Knowledge of CRM software and lead tracking tools.

- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Familiarity with IT services and products is a plus.

- Experience in selling IT Services, Technology platform, SaaS Products, platform-based products.

- A deep understanding of the latest communication technologies, preferably email and online meetings and demo.

- Must be good at communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

- Should be a great writer, speaker, and listener.

- Highly self driven, organized, outstanding time management skills and able to multitask.

- Independent, can work with minimum supervision but at the same time can efficiently work with internal and overseas teams.

- Must have good presentation skills and negotiation skills wrt daily and weekly progress

Education :

- Management Graduate (MBA Sales/Marketing preferred) 1-3 years of professional work experience in generating B2B leads for sales and business development in USA or BTech IT / CSE with Minimum 3Year B2B Lead Generation experience
