Job Overview : Corporate Engagement & Strategic Alliances Manager is a crucial role at OysterConnect.com. They are responsible for sourcing high quality and doable Projects from the Industry. They need to have a consulting mindset along with an excellent eye for operational details.

Job Description - Given below is the set of tasks selected Professionals will primarily work on :

- Use strategic means to identify the right customer by sector and company

- Use tools such as LinkedIn to connect with the right Company Professional

- Write good proposals to evoke the right interest in potential companies

- Follow up on leads in a constructive manner to get the conversation going

- Manage effective conversations over phone and face to face to put across the details of the engagement

- Determine product pricing after having analyzed the potential deal's scale and details

- Conduct price negotiation and close the deal

- Ensure closure and generate invoices

- Follow up with customers to ensure timely collections

- Work closely with the Client to iron out pending issues

- Engage with Key Customers to retain and enhance business

- Read regularly to be on top of Industry updates and use that knowledge to come with interesting propositions for potential customers

- Come up with strategies to establish OysterConnect.com as the Project Partner amongst Top companies & SMEs. This will include writing White Papers and Attending Conferences.

- Good Business Sense : Ability to understand business models of various companies and understand whether we can offer the right set of services to them

- Written Communication Skills: Ability to write well to convince clients

- Verbal Communication Skills: Excellent Listening Skills, Ability to Empathise and Convince a Customer

- Negotiation Skills: Ability to look at the problem and provide win -win solutions which result in closure of a potential deal

- Target Orientation: Ability to build a plan to achieve one's Targets in a timely manner

- Self driven: Ability to persist even when it looks difficult and achieve goals consistently

- Team Work: Proactively engage with the team to achieve win-win results

- Networking: Use networks such as LinkedIn and Conferences to network and build long term genuine engagement with potential customers
