OYO Rooms - Relationship Manager - Field Sales (1-6 yrs)
We are currently hiring Relationship Managers for Noida location. The incumbent will be responsible for :
1. Build healthy relationship with hotel owners
2. Deliver good hotel owner and customer experience
3. Act as a point of contact for hotel owners for operations support & escalations
4. Help hotel owners to manage their portfolio network, improve revenue performance, solve issues, retain them, drive customer experience
5. Handle hotel owner and customer escalations
Experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience in operations handling, key accounts handling
- Should have exposure to field sales
