OYO Rooms - Key Account Manager (1-4 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Achieve highest take from the assigned portfolio of accounts by managing the relationship, issue resolution and client alignment on key issues.
- Ensure client satisfaction and escalation management.
- Grow assigned portfolio at ~15% target.
- Aptitude towards meetings and direct client engagement with visits and regular interactions.
Skills Required : Very strong relationship and management skills.
Analytical Skills :
- Ability to understand recon, revenue levers and extract business out of the current portfolio.
- Ability to hustle internally and externally to solve client issues.
- High level of ownership, ethics and integrity.
- Strong aptitude at sales.
