OYO Campus Project is a startup within the startup (mammoth one at that) setup. You will be closely working with business/vertical heads and CXOs to plan and deliver challenging targets. We expect you to work like an entrepreneur (internally called OYOpreneur) who is analytical and execution focused with a strong work ethic to build our Supply Acquisition vertical.

How is Campus BD new and different from Hotel BD?

- Building a brand new business for OYO, Project Campus is a startup within the startup.

- You will be working with a small (and very passionate) team of OYOpreneurs and your actions will have direct implications on how this business get's built.

- New challenges: signing a totally new type of inventory at the lowest cost across the OYO supply portfolio. Expect challenging negotiations.

- Knowing your territory in and out to generate the most productive leads. No shortcuts here as there are no readymade databases (OTAs).

- Working with large residential asset owners (and so a chance to network with who's who of real estate space) on long-term contracts.

Job Description:

- Identifying and finalizing new properties, and for maintaining a relationship with all stakeholders to run these properties profitably

- Responsible for end-to-end business development of the assigned area; includes planning and building long-term supply

- A cross-functional approach to coordination with multiple teams in inter and intra geographies

- Creating a balance in inventory growth and demand to ensure optimization

- Proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities

Skills:

- Experience in sales and business development

- Focused and possess sales mindset

- Fluent communication and the ability to manage situations on the ground

- Demonstrates high ethical values

- Strong research and curation skills

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle the pressure

- Experience in early-stage startup environments would be an advantage

Eligibility:

- Minimum 6 months of experience of on-ground BD
