OYO Rooms - City Head (4-5 yrs)
1. P&L Management:
a) Owning end to end profit and loss for F&B and Asset Monetization businesses in the city
b) Identifying ways to improve the revenue across verticals - Room Revenue, Cafe, Banquets, etc.
c) Controlling end to end operations and costs across all the cost heads - optimizing efficiency and operations
2. People Management:
a) Leading multiple teams - Business Development Managers, Banquet Managers, Operations resources.
b) Managing the performance objectively, coaching and engaging the team
c) Co-ordination and follow up with cross functional teams
3. Vendor Management:
a) Managing end-to-end vendors - Sourcing, commercial negotiations, performance management, etc.
4. Stakeholder Management -
a) Engaging with different stakeholders - vendors, property owners, local and central cross-functional teams to deliver the best output
b) Should have excellent communication and leadership skills to work in a dynamic environment.
- Ideally someone with 4+ years of experience in sales/ BD/Operations/Growth in consumer tech startups like Zomato, Swiggy, Urbanclap, Uber, Ola, etc.
- Ability to lead a team of 5-10 people
- Prior experience in managing cross-functional teams
- Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivation driven
