- The Sales Manager is responsible for maximizing membership recruitment through the successful execution of a strategic sales and marketing effort, as well as through the development and maintenance of relationships with existing members, stakeholders, competitors, local community leaders, corporates and other various sales prospects.

- The ideal candidate should have an established track record of success and comfortable utilizing professional sales and marketing skills to perform sales calls, generate qualified leads, and actively develop and participate in outbound sales activities and networking events to create top-of-the-mind brand awareness within the community on behalf of the Club.

- This individual should also possess an in-depth understanding of the area market dynamics, specifically as it relates to private club membership recruitment.

- Responsible for enrolling new members into the Club at the minimum performance rate of achieving the Club's membership sales plan both in Pune/Mumbai and outstation. The target audience would be both HNI's and Corporates. During all the process of discharging the desired duties and responsibilities the individual must ascertain that the prestige of the Club should hold paramount importance. Moreover, in terms of sales efforts the scope will not be limited to the above.

Quantitative - (per monthly/annual Sales Plan) :

- Number of prospects reached out

- Number of Members enrolled

- Revenue Generated

Primary Responsibilities - More Could Be Added :

- Meet or exceed annual Membership sales plan per budget requirements by following Sales Standards/Best Practices

- Responsible for the development and execution of club prospecting/marketing plan, targeting membership market segments - Club Memberships for Family, Corporate and all memberships for MICE in Pune/Mumbai and outstation monthly, quarterly and annually. Follow up, measure, and execute. Make changes as necessary.

- Networking inside and outside the club to obtain leads and build relationships with prospects, new and existing Members

- Maintaining a record of all leads provided, generated and handled

- Manage all sales activity, utilizing the company's CRM system. Keep it updated with all actionable data

- Contribute in monthly, quarterly and annual competitive sales and marketing analysis for development of strategies for attracting new members to the club

- Implement and support all company initiatives and programs as requested by- management

- Follow policies and procedures as directed by management

- Attend all staff meetings and General Employee meetings as established by the immediate supervisor and management.

- Work closely with the entire staff at the club to ensure the Membership recruitment is at top of everyone's mind.

Pre-requisites and Education/Experience :

- Smart, Good Looking Female Candidate

- Local Candidates would only be considered

- Graduate / Masters college degree, extensive work experience or equivalent.

- A minimum of two to three years of sales experience with a proven track record towards driving revenues while working in a team environment.

- One year of golf course/private club/time share/hotel membership sales work experience is preferred.

- Special consideration will be given to those who exhibit exemplary performance.

- Golf knowledge is preferred
