Outside Sales Role - Insurance (3-7 yrs)
We are hiring for the role of "Outside Sales Representative". Interested candidates can send in their updated resumes for the rounds of discussion. We are looking for immediate joiners.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives
- Recruitment of potential financial advisors and Leaders.
- Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer
Candidate Profile:
- Age 21-38 years
- CTC: 3.45 LPA + Incentive + Other Benefit
- Graduate (10+2+3)
- Presently working
- 3 To 7 years of field sales experience
- Staying in the same city for more than 5 years
- Good stability.
- Should be from a structured organization with proper documents.
