Outside Sales Role - Insurance (2-8 yrs)
As per policy guidelines, identify and create channels for contacting agency leaders in the area.
Job Roles And Responsibilities:
- To recruit agency leaders for the location at the budgeted rate.
- Work closely with Agents and Agency Leaders to help them reach their goals by providing mentoring, coaching, and assistance during joint calls.
- Make it possible for agency leaders to develop and lead a powerful advisor force.
- To meet Branch Targets for advisor coding, activation, and APE through existing ALs and newly recruited ALs on a month-to-month basis.
- To plan, review, and monitor the team's performance.
- Submit various sales reports on time to ensure compliance with the reporting process
- Need to manage a group of Agency leaders and Agents.
- Through Agency leaders and advisors, you must cross-sell different life insurance products to your customers.
a list of necessities :
- Any graduate with a minimum of one year of sales experience.
- Solid interpersonal relations.
- Travel readiness is required.
