JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- The primary responsibility is to increase agency sales to the business. serving the existing agents as well
- Responsible for overseeing agents, providing them with training, and achieving the team's sales goals.
- Agency module and business development development
- Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with advisors and customers, and ensuring the highest level of advisor and customer satisfaction through providing sound guidance
- Retention of renewals and control of the loss ratio in accordance with the company's goal
- Monthly advisor force development, twice-monthly unit meetings with reward and recognition, updates on new organization policies and products, and market updates.
- To plan, review, and monitor the team's performance. - ALs and advisors
- Submit various sales reports on time to make sure the reporting process is followed.
- Must assemble and manage a group of Agency managers and Agents.
- Through Agency leaders and advisors, it is necessary to cross-sell a variety of life insurance products to customers.
What You Must Have :
- Any Graduate with prior at least 1 year sales experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be ready to travel.
