- Create offline training for agents
- Meet potential agents in their respective areas
- Should know the local agent network
- Achieve Monthly Sales Target Numbers
- Managing relationships with customers
- Ensuring customer satisfaction

Experience : 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
