Outside Sales Representative - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage Insurance sales goal achievement through recruiting agents
- Training and developing agents on commission basis.
- Supervise the activity plan of all agents to ensure these are being fulfilled
- As per the desired levels.
- Generate sale volume through Agents.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Degree - any Bachelor degree
- Min. 2 to 4 years- experience in sales & marketing ( Field Sales )
- Team handling experience & knowledge required
- Having best communication & convincing power
Working Profile :
- Time: 9:30 to 6 PM
- Govt./Banking Holiday
- Second & Fourth Saturday week off
- Paid leave
