Track Your Metrics is introduced by Outline India (OI) which is a data - driven research firm with a vision to create Social Impact through Data. Outline India strives to solve the first mile problem in the development sector - of procuring relevant, reliable and actionable data through ground level work. OI works with relevant stakeholders in the development sector to operationalize data driven impact.
Qualifications/ Experience:
- Experience in customer relationship management, sales or business development
- Experience managing and directing a sales team will be preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor, Master or equivalent degree
- Dedication to providing great customer service
Job Role:
- Reach out to NGOs and agencies and convert them into clients
- Set individual sales targets and meet planned sales goals
- Track sales goals and report results as necessary
- Manage and coordinate with existing client base for feedback and retention.
- Act as a Point of Contact between existing clients and organization
- Develop your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education
- Promote the organization and products
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our product
