Outbound Voice Process Role - BPO (1-7 yrs)
We have grand opening in International Call Center at Navi Mumbai
- HSC/Any Graduate can apply
- Excellent communication skills
- Fresher's are welcome
- Experience in International Voice process will be added an advantage,
Role and Responsibilities :
- Handle many outbound calls & Upselling to customers and clients.to the U.S prospect.
- Prior experience with customer service and call centers in relevant job roles.
- Work to achieve the KPIs set by the Sales Head
- Ability to engage and build long term relationships with prospects
- Strong judgement and decision-making skills
Shift Time: 8 PM - 5 AM
Week Off: Saturday - Sunday Off
Salary: 30K Net + Huge Incentives
