Outbound Travel Operator - International Travel Holiday Packages (0-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- Required for Outbound/ International Travel Holiday Package Bookings
- Must have an experience in handling International Travel Operations for destinations like Europe, Australia, New Zealand, etc.
- Dealing with customer inquiries
- Present the customer with travel recommendations and advise them
- Handling end to end travel requirements for the traveler
- Need to Process and complete travel requirements (from initial inquiry to file completion) for traveler covering all aspects of travel including flights (Air Ticketing knowledge not mandatory), accommodation, car hire, insurance, visa, foreign exchange, sightseeing, etc.
- He/ she must have travel operations cum sales experience also as this will go hand in hand.
- Liaise with international tour operators making sure they understand the customer's requirements
- Candidate must have experience in using online B2B portals like GTA/ Expedia/ Hotel Beds, etc
- Knowledge of using Amadeus will be an added advantage.
Experience : Minimum 1 year
Salary: Up to 25000 per month plus incentives
Location : Sushant Lok - Gurgaon
Shift : Day Shift (Monday to Friday)
