Title : Outbound Sales Caller - North America
7PM to 4AM IST (US Time Zone)
Location : India (Remote)
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Execute outbound calls to generate new business opportunities within the small and medium-sized business segment in North America.
- Identify decision-makers, build rapport, and qualify potential clients interested in our SaaS digital marketing solutions.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the features and benefits of our SaaS digital marketing products.
- Effectively communicate product value propositions to potential clients during outbound calls.
Sales Pitch and Presentation:
- Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the unique needs and challenges of small and medium-sized businesses.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our SaaS digital marketing solutions.
Pipeline Management:
- Manage and update the sales pipeline, keeping detailed records of client interactions and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a cohesive approach to reaching and exceeding sales targets.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
- Utilize market insights to refine sales strategies and enhance the effectiveness of outbound calling efforts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven success in outbound sales, preferably in the SaaS or digital marketing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of small and medium-sized business dynamics in the North American market.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
