We are pleased to announce that we are hiring for the post of Customer Service Representative for Social Media.

Qualification : HSC / Any Graduate / Post Graduate

- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skill.

- Candidates must express interest in joining Social Media Support Team, Experience in social media channels /supporting customers

- Experience in Voice/Call/Chat/Email customer engagement at Contact Center preferred

Job Responsibilities :

- Assisting the customer with the product details and additional information with regards to the service of the company on call.

- Guide the customers in placing the orders/tracking/returning the product through the website/app.

- Handling customer grievances and providing the resolution to maintain maximum customer satisfaction.

- Responding To the customer's queries/complaints over social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Amazon, Flipkart and WhatsApp.

- Handling Outbound calls to resolve customer queries related to product.

Salary : 23K Net and Other Benefits
