Summary/Objective: Outbound tele-caller is responsible for making sales calls and market products and services via phone. He/she will maintain thorough understanding of products and services, meet daily conversion targets and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Makes outgoing customer calls or cold calls in order to sell products/services

- Answers questions about product specifications and pricing.

- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying customer's queries; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve issues, if any; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

- Up-sells/ Cross-sells larger value product/services

- Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches

- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.

- Contacts customers in response to correspondence or feedback

- Investigates unfilled, misplaced, or misdirected customer requests and resolves customer issues as necessary

- Maintains working knowledge of products and services sold and keeps current on industry developments by reading current news or attending trainings/workshops

- Respond to customers- queries regarding application issues, product problems, service questions and other general client concerns

- Works with the engineering/product team to stay updated on services offered and product knowledge and be informed of any updates in the application

- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

- Recommends updates in products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.
