Role Description:

The role of an ASO (App Store Optimization) Executive is crucial in ensuring the success and visibility of mobile applications across various app stores. Here's an overview of the responsibilities and key tasks typically associated with this position:

1. Keyword Research : Conduct thorough research to identify relevant keywords that can improve app visibility and rankings in app store search results.

2. App Store Optimization Strategy : Developing and implementing effective ASO strategies to enhance app visibility, drive downloads, and increase user engagement.

3. App Store Page Optimization : Optimizing various elements of the app store page, including app title, description, keywords, icons, screenshots, and videos, to improve conversion rates and user acquisition.

4. Performance Monitoring and Analysis : Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics such as app downloads, conversion rates, keyword rankings, and user reviews to assess the effectiveness of ASO efforts and make data-driven decisions.

5. Competitor Analysis : Monitoring competitor ASO strategies, identifying industry trends, and leveraging insights to stay ahead in the market and continuously improve app performance.

6. Collaboration : Working closely with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, and design to align ASO efforts with overall business goals and ensure a cohesive app marketing strategy.

7. ASO Tools and Platforms : Utilizing various ASO tools and platforms such as App Annie, Sensor Tower, Google Play Console, and Apple App Store Connect to optimize app performance and track progress over time.

8. Testing and Experimentation : Conducting A/B tests and experiments to assess the impact of different ASO strategies and iterate on improvements to achieve optimal results.

9. Reporting and Insights : Providing regular reports and insights on ASO performance metrics, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

10. The mobile experience is a must, with a deep understanding of iOS and Android app stores.

Educational Background :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (B.Tech /B.E or M.Tech) Preferable with relevant experience.

Responsibilities :

- Your responsibilities will include developing and executing ASO strategies, conducting keyword research, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive app growth.

- Responsible for the ASO strategy of a company.

- In charge of tracking, analyzing, and researching relevant keywords and rankings daily. Optimizing conversion rates for app store pages by utilizing various content and visual tools.

- Conduct ASO experiments using rigorous approaches and measurement methods (A/B tests, statistical methods) and prove their effectiveness.
