OTO Capital - Manager - Sales (3-10 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Managing Sales for the assigned Territory
- Handling a team of 10 to 15
- Onboarding New Dealers
- Sales productivity
- OTO Penetration/Market share
- Ensure all process compliance in sourcing while building portfolio
- Managing Dealer Relationship with Dealer
- Coordination and liaising with other department for smooth process flow
- Identifying and reporting the market information to Management
- Sales team Target Achievement
- Reporting the concerns raised by Dealer/Field sales team to the leadership team
- Show room visits and managing relationship with Showroom sales staff
- Closing monitoring the sales executives and Helping them in achieving productivity
- Clearing PDD and tracking the same
- Field level coordination with collections to ensure early defaulters
- Driving the Sales team as per the direction of Regional manager
