Designation : Assistant Manager - Sales Trainer
Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Experience developing training materials.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluency in Hindi is a must.
Job Responsibilities and Duties :
- Complete training for all new hires and continual training for the entire sales staff.
- Discipline and provide coaching to salespeople as necessary.
- Engage in one-on-one reviews with salespeople to maximize performance.
- Strategize new training methods to be implemented.
- Partner with sales and marketing departments to set and progress toward goals.
- Collect and interpret data to determine the effectiveness of training techniques.
- Write and publish training materials.
